The UHV heating system is based on a ceramic heater and allows to achieve temperatures up to 800°C. It is directly powered by a power supply and controlled through a controller box and software.
The heater come as an option, and can be used either in EBSD or conventional observation.
It is used with the THERMAL Clamps.
